Click & Collect

Materials In The Raw offer a free pick up instore service enabling you to shop online and collect your purchase instore, avoiding delivery charges and saving you time.

This service allows you to purchase the products you need 24/7 and pick them up within business hours, saving you valuable time in your day.  

Once you complete your order. You will receive a confirmation email or phone call when your order is ready for collection. Please bring photographic ID and proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation email) when you come to collect your order.

Click and Collect is easy, just follow the bellow steps when completing your order:

SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS TO PURCHASE

Add the products you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps.

SELECT THE FREE "PICK UP INSTORE" SHIPPING OPTIONS

In the shipping estimate section, enter your country, state and postcode. Then select which Materials In The Raw Store you would like to pick up from. (If you are unsure please see store locations here >) Click the check box above the store and proceed to checkout.

WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION

When you've placed your order, you will receive a order confirmation.  After this a Materials In The Raw staff member will send you an email or call you to let you know that your order is ready for collection.

COLLECT YOUR ORDER INSTORE

To collect your order please bring your order confirmation email or printout along with photo identification and see one of our team members in store.

PLEASE NOTE:

• If the store is not able to fulfil your order we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
• Your order will be held in store for a maximum of 14 days. If it is not collected within this time, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued.
