Staff Management Structure
The head office/administration structure includes a General Manager and management is assisted by clerical personnel.
Each branch has a Manager, Assistant Manager and Operations staff who include yard supervisors, loader operators and truck drivers (employee and subcontractor).

The Pronto Management System is located at head office and is connected to all the branches. This system ensures branches cannot manipulate data which is all managed and maintained at head office.
The system resides on the head office server which controls the point of sale, accounts payable and receivable, stock, payroll and general ledger. It is an integrated system comprising different modules that are all proprietary items. The system generates daily reports together with specialised management reporting together with profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
