Shipping & Delivery

Split loads will only be accepted to one delivery address otherwise a further delivery fee will be charged. Split loads will also reduce the overall capacity of the truck load by approximately ½ tonne per load, for example a 6 tonne truck will only carry 5 ½ tonne on a split load.

For delivery; 3, 6 and 12 tonne trucks are available to tip and we have additional crane trucks for sling bag or pallet deliveries. Therefore the total weights of the products should not exceed the tonnage of the trucks, as specified above.

Please Note: If more than one delivery is placed to the same location the delivery fee will also need to be charged twice.

Delivery times notified by Materials in the Raw are approximate only. Materials in the Raw will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of goods not being delivered at the nominated time.

Deliveries by Materials In The Raw are subject to suitable access, firm standing, storage, unloading and manoeuvring space being satisfactory and safe, as determined by the driver.

Materials In The Raw shall not be liable for, and the Customer shall indemnify Materials In The Raw against, any claims for damage caused to access ways, storage areas, plant, equipment or works during delivery.

Privacy & Security

Materials In The Raw takes the collection and privacy of your personal data very seriously. We collect personal data only when you provide it to us, through registration, completion of forms or e-mails, as part of an order for products or services, inquiries or requests about materials being ordered and similar situations in which you have chosen to provide the information to us.

The database and its contents remain at our company and stay with data processors or servers acting on our behalf and responsible to us. Your personal data will not be passed on by us or by our agents for use by third parties in any form whatsoever, unless we have obtained your consent or are legally required to do so.

The data we collect will only be used for the purpose of supplying you with the requested products or services or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, except where otherwise provided by law.

In light of the importance of protecting children's privacy, we do not collect, process or use on our website any information relating to an individual whom we know to be under 13 years old without the prior, verifiable consent of his or her legal representative. The pricing on the Materials In The Raw website is subject to change without notice. The price of items and delivery is fixed once the order has been accepted and confirmed. Any price changes on the website after the order acceptance will not apply to the confirmed order.

Prices and delivery fees accessed in the Materials In The Raw website may differ from prices in store.

From time to time Materials In The Raw will have special pricing or promotions available on the website. The pricing in these promotions will not have any further discounts applicable and may differ from instore pricing. Special pricing and promotions will be subject to change without notice.
